Denver has tied the record high temperature of 76 degrees for the day and could possibly break the record.
The National Weather Service reported that Denver matched the high at 12:23 p.m. Light winds were also reported in the area.

The warm and sunny weather is expected to start cooling off Sunday, leading to colder temperatures later in the day, according to the weather service. Sunday’s high will be about 60 degrees and the overnight low could plunge to 22 degrees.
Monday could bring freezing drizzle and light now. The temperature is expected to reach only 30 degrees.
